Workshops have topics, such as Pelvis, Knee, Foot, Breath, Shoulders, etc. They include some anatomy understanding, using bones and pictures, but also other tools to help give an overview of natural human function. The information is presented with guided sensory perception and self touch to enhance a physical experience. For example, while thinking about what your foot is for, you would be walking or standing as you comment...balance, propulsion, platform, shock absorber… These workshops are not about watching a slide show. You learn, you do, and you take home “tools” that will help you naturally function in sports, in dancing, in Yoga, in Pilates in walking and.. in everyday life..
